Extended property evaluation with professional survey equipment — RTK GPS contour mapping, drone orthomosaic, soil sampling, and water testing. A complete baseline document you can build on.
Currently acquiring equipment and testing methodology. Prerequisite: RTK GPS + drone acquisition, 2 self-test reports on my own property.
Full keyline design — water management system based on P.A. Yeomans methodology. Contour analysis, swale and dam placement, irrigation zones, and a phased implementation roadmap.
Prerequisite: Complete Full Field Report testing, run keyline analysis on my own property.
Comprehensive property planning — water, food systems, infrastructure, access, phased development timeline, and 7-year economic projections. The full vision, documented.
