What to Expect

1. Initial Conversation

We talk about your land, your goals, and your timeline. This is free — I want to make sure I can actually help before you spend anything.

2. Scout's Report

I visit your property, spend 2-3 hours walking it with field tools, and deliver a written assessment within a week. Cost: $250.

3. Honest Recommendations

The report tells you what I found — opportunities, challenges, and my recommendation for next steps. Sometimes that means I'm not the right fit. I'll tell you.

4. Your Decision

You decide if and how to proceed. No pressure, no sales tactics. The Scout's Report is a standalone product — it's yours to use however you want.

I observe water flow, soil conditions, slope, vegetation, access — everything that determines what's possible. You get a Scout's Report with my honest assessment: what's working, what's not, and what makes sense to pursue.
